We want you to absolutely love your gear. Every item from The Charmed Life Co. is made with care, and we stand behind what we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — that's our promise to you.

What We Refund

We offer refunds in the following situations:

       You received the wrong item — not what you ordered.

       Your item arrived damaged — physically broken, torn, or compromised in any way.

       Your item is defective — it doesn't work or has a manufacturing flaw.

We review every request individually and want to make sure you walk away feeling taken care of.

 

What We Don't Refund

Because our products are often personalized or made to order, we're unable to offer refunds for:

       Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

       Incorrect size, color, or style selected at checkout (please double-check your order before submitting!).

       Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

       Customized or personalized items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

       Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

 

How Long Do I Have?

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date. We're unable to process requests made after this window, so please don't wait too long if something isn't right!

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If anything looks off, reach out right away.

 

How to Request a Refund

Getting started is easy. Here's what to do:

       Contact us at Support@thecharmedlifeco.store with the subject line: "Refund Request – Order #[your order number]".

       Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

       Attach a clear photo of the item if it is damaged or defective — this helps us resolve things faster!

Once we receive your request, our team will get back to you within 2–3 business days with next steps.

 

What Happens Next?

Once your refund is approved:

       Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

       Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

       In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead — we'll always discuss the best option with you.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? If your item arrived incorrect or defective, we're happy to send out a replacement. Just mention in your refund request that you'd prefer an exchange and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
